A Rewards System - The band with the most points at the end of every month will be eligible for prizes such as headline slots at major venues, slots at recording studios and even a recording contract at the end of the year. Bands can get points in many different ways; by getting people to sign up as fans of theirs and by using features on the site. - This will include the Christian bands competition, The Ultimate Showcase.

Press Release Service - Bands can send out Press Releases to relevant magazines and newspapers at the touch of a button.

Gig Search - Bands can search for events and venues then get in touch with the promoters about a possible place at that venue. Promoters can also go out and actively search the site for bands that they would like to play at their venue.

Recommend a Friend - Automatically sends an email to all contacts in a band's MSN, Yahoo, AOL and/or Outlook, with their profile address and how the fans can join the site.

Easy Setup - if a band has a Myspace account they can import all their details from that into the new page; information such as gig listings and band information.

Quick Update - Update a band's information on the page and it automatically updates the information on Myspace, Purevolume and Channel 4. This makes for really quick and easy updating.

Make Your Own Website - If bands need a website they can create one through the backend of the site and have it fully hosted on Musicfinity servers.

Record Label interest - Record labels will be able to view statistics of bands using the site getting vital information such as demographics of fans.

Mobile Features

Mobile Blogging - Bands can update their pictures, gigs and blogs all through their mobile phone. Just simply text in with their blog or a picture and it will be uploaded onto their profile page.

Text Sales - Bands can sell their tracks and merchandise via a mobile phone service. The tracks can either be sent to the fans phones in MP3 or ringtone format. Fans would pay for the song using their phone and the song that gets sent through to them will generate approximately 50p for the bands. - MusicFinity are one of the first companies to offer this service to bands and think it will be a fantastic way for bands to earn money. If this works, a percentage of all bands sales, and a percentage of our profits would be donated to World Vision

Run Your Own Competitions - Fans can enter via text and the bands can earn money. Fans can text a question answer to win tickets, merchandise etc and the band will earn money from that text.

Send in your Photos and Videos - Fans of the band can text in their photos and videos and they appear immediately on the site.
